Miami, FL – August 15, 2017 – Optimum Group, a global real estate investor and leading developer with experience in hospitality, commercial, office and residential, hosted a formal groundbreaking ceremony and champagne reception to celebrate the construction commencement of The Optimum, a new class A office tower situated on Main Highway in Miami. The project is one of the first new office buildings in more than a decade in the heart of Coconut Grove.
