Miami, FL – June 2, 2017 – Throughout The Miami Foundation’s 50th anniversary year, the organization is discussing themes essential to Greater Miami’s future. The Foundation hosted a breakfast conversation with Xavier de Souza Briggs, Vice President of Economic Opportunity and Markets at Ford Foundation, and Nancy Ancrum, editorial board editor at the Miami Herald. The conversation centered around the theme of “Opportunity,” discussing how global leaders use philanthropy to create the social and economic conditions needed for all residents to thrive.
