Master Brokers Forum Welcomes Dean Trantalis at Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale
Fort Lauderdale, FL – May 3, 2017 – The Gold Coast Master Brokers Forum (MBF), a networking group comprised of South Florida’s top residential real estate agents, recently visited the newly-opened sales gallery for Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale. The attendees were treated to enlightening presentations about this transformational new condominium development and the future of the city’s downtown and beachfront areas. More than 80 Master Brokers attended the event, which opened with a welcome from Gold Coast MBF chair Carolyn Block Ellert, followed by an introduction to Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale from the development’s sales director, Dan Teixeira. Mr. Teixeira introduced his sales team and outlined the exciting condominium, which will feature 90 private residences with both furnished and fully appointed and unfurnished options, ranging in size from 780 to more than 6,000 square feet. Prices will range from $900,000 to $15 million. The oceanfront development will also include four luxurious penthouses and three exclusive “Sky Homes” with 20-foot ceilings. The interiors and exteriors are designed by an international team of visionaries including Tara Bernerd, Kobi Karp, Martin Brudnizki and Fernando Wong. Mr. Teixeira welcomed and introduced Ramzi Achi from Fort Partners, developer of Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale.
This was followed by a special presentation from City of Ft. Lauderdale Commissioner Dean Trantalis, who discussed the city’s exciting recent developments, its efforts to distinguish itself as a tourism and residential destination, and its plans for future improvements to infrastructure and traffic flow. He also answered specific questions about the number and nature of large-scale events in the city, the future of the Galleria Mall, and the addition of accessible, visually-appealing public utilities along the beach. “Four Seasons is an extraordinary addition to the mix of new condominium developments along Ft. Lauderdale beach, bringing to our shores a globally-recognized brand that is synonymous with top-quality luxury and service,” said Carolyn Block Ellert, Gold Coast MBF chair. “This addition is perfectly synchronized with the many improvements outlined by Comm. Trantalis, and we thank him for his vision and leadership in this capacity.” The Gold Coast Master Brokers Forum, comprised of top real estate professionals from Broward and Palm Beach County, is generously supported by Wells Fargo.
