Miami, FL – April 8, 2017 – United Way of Miami-Dade Young Leaders held its third annual interactive cooking and eating experience, Build Your Own Brunch B.Y.O.B., modeled after VeritageMiami’s wildly popular Interactive Dinner. Guests prepared a three-course brunch, under the tutelage of some of Miami’s most innovative chefs – Eileen Andrade of Finka Table & Tap, Jhonnatan Contreras of Toro Toro Miami and Scott Linquist of Coyo Taco and Olla – that paired perfectly with wine, spirits, cocktails and brews from Zonin, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Atlantico Rum and Concrete Beach Brewery. In between courses, guests enjoyed a live auction, featuring exclusive foodie items and experiences. Event proceeds benefit United Way of Miami-Dade’s work in education, financial stability and health to build a #StrongerMiami.
