Midtown Five Hosts Unveiling for Broker Community

Miami, FL – April 19, 2017 – Midtown Five, the chic, 400-unit luxury apartment building in Miami’s bustling Midtown neighborhood, hosted an exclusive unveiling and sunset soiree. Attended by more than 70 tastemakers, VIP brokers and influencers, the event was the first official opportunity to experience the sophisticated lifestyle afforded at Midtown Five. Guests were greeted with champagne as they entered the building’s contemporary-style lobby and guided to the amenity level encompassing the entire fifth floor. A tour of the space was presented and included the Skygarden Lounge, an energetic game room featuring a large screen TV, foosball, a pool table and bar, as well as a 2,750-square-foot fitness club, meditation garden and resident-only spa. The event then transitioned to Midtown Five’s fully-furnished model units, showcasing the buildings variety of flow-through floor plans, including, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, ranging from 540 to 1,500 square feet. Floor-to-ceiling windows displayed panoramic views of Midtown Miami, downtown Miami, and Biscayne Bay, offering a personal glimpse into the neighborhood and its plethora of conveniences.
