Miami Beach, FL – April 1, 2017 – Miami-based global real estate development and capital investment firm, Lionheart Capital hosted their 2nd annual Stone Crabs & Rosé event at The Ritz-Carlton’s Residences, Miami Beach. The exclusive invite-only event took place within the development’s newly unveiled model residence, Villa Lissoni, the first stand-alone villa in the United States designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni. Ophir Sternberg, ceo and founding partner of Lionheart Capital, and Philip Gutman, vice president of Douglas Elliman and director of sales for the project welcomed over 300 guests including Miami’s top brokers who mingled amongst industry executives and influencers at the outdoor soiree.
