Poolside BBQ at The Confidante

Miami Beach, FL – March 11, 2017 – The Confidante, known for its hidden backyard oasis, hosted a special Poolside BBQ during their weekly Backyard Saturdays party. Chefs Dale Talde and Richard Hales created a special BBQ menu for guests to enjoy. For the poolside BBQ guests were treated to a full menu of twists on favorites such as Dale Talde’s Chair Siu Pulled Pork and Richard Hales’ “Tipsy Texan” Sandwich. The bash was hosted by Miami’s own Sebastian and Espe of @TwoTrends, featured a braid bar by Warren Tricomi and went into the early evening all to the tunes of DJ Dave Sol and DJ Unomas.
