MIFF: Big Easy Brunch at River Yacht Club

Miami, FL – March 11, 2017 – Before the film Ella Brennan: Commanding The Table, by Academy Award and Golden Globe nominated director Leslie Iwerks, joined the Miami International Film Festival for a New Orleans style feast. Hosted at Miami’s own River Yacht Club, a waterfront destination known for its global seafood, it was a perfect culinary Saturday in Miami. With a meal inspired by the cuisine of matriarch Ella Brennan’s famed New Orleans establishment Commander’s Palace, attendees experienced tastes that reflect a creole-flavored dynasty dating back half a century. The day was presented by Evan Benn, Editor in Chief of INDULGE, Miami’s premier luxury lifestyle magazine.
