Miami, FL – February 7, 2017 – The St. Regis Bal Harbour celebrated the opening of La Gourmandise, a French-inspired lounge situated at the heart of the award-winning resort’s newly expanded Lobby Lounge. Guests enjoyed signature pastries and a variety of savory bites by Executive Pastry Chef Antonio Bachour and Executive Chef Franck Steigerwald. La Gourmandise is part of the resort’s $35 million dollar enhancement project, which recently debuted new restaurants, including Atlantikós and BH Burger Bar, in addition to three new 4-bedroom Signature Suites.
