Miami Beach, FL – February 25, 2017 – In a fitting collaboration, and a taste of the Harlem EatUp! culinary festival, some of Harlem’s hottest spots known for their prowess with comfort food converged at Yardbird Southern Table + Bar for one hearty spirits dinner during the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival. Chef and restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson, who is known for Red Rooster in Harlem and also serves as a judge on the hit Food Network series Chopped, returned to the Festival with fellow Harlemites Kenichi & Keiko Tajima of Mountain Bird and Tren’ness Woods-Black of Sylvia’s Restaurant for an over-the-top dinner.
