Massimo Bottura

Miami Beach, FL – February 24, 2017 – In June 2016, after two years at the No. 2 spot, Massimo Bottura’s Osteria Francescana was named the No. 1 restaurant in the world on the prestigious list of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Bottura brought his talents to the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival for one very special evening at the illustrious Faena Hotel Miami Beach. This stunning destination became the setting for a gourmand’s utopia during the Festival, as Bottura brought the coveted secrets of his top-rated, three Michelin-star holding restaurant to the sophisticated sands of Miami Beach. In addition to garnering worldwide accolades for his creativity in the kitchen, Bottura is also an advocate of social issues, creating the non-profit association Food for Soul to fight against the dual issues of hunger and food wastage. Joined by special guest Giada De Laurentiis, the evening allowed guests to experience his passion and taste his brilliance.
