Miami Beach, FL – February 23, 2017 – Two-time Golden Globe Award-winning personality Valerie Bertinelli and no-nonsense judge Alex Guarnaschelli on TV’s Chopped, joined forces to host more than 30 of the nation’s greatest chefs serving up dishes originating from various regions of Italy during the The Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival. While guest enjoyed a live musical performance by one of Australia’s most popular rock bands, soft-rock hit makers Little River Band, presented by Magic City Casino. Between the traditional spaghetti and meatballs or cooler antipasto-style pasta salad or a savory perciatelli and chicken, this was a celebration not to have been missed.
