Miami Beach, FL – February 25, 2017 – For the Forgione men, the kitchen is a family affair. Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival goers joined widely touted Godfather of American cuisine Larry Forgione and his sons Marc and Bryan for an exceptional dining experience together with Aaron Brooks, executive chef at Brooks’ EDGE Steak + Bar, located in The Four Seasons Hotel Miami in downtown Miami. Marc is widely recognized for not only his critically acclaimed namesake Restaurant Marc Forgione in New York City, but also for his win on Food Network’s Next Iron Chef in 2010. Brother Bryan Forgione continues the family tradition at Buddy V’s in Las Vegas, paying homage to classic Italian-American dishes and putting his own twist on them utilizing his passion for barbecue and smoked meats.
