Soul Power performed the perfect mix of funk, soul, and R&B while guests enjoyed coconut ceviche topped with a fried oyster, dragon rice with braised jerk pork belly, Obama short ribs, boneless fried chicken, and more. Over dessert, Faena Rose Founding Member & Founder of SOBEWFF, Lee Schrager, moderated a conversation with Chef Samuelsson on his inspirations and career.
