Sunday Brunch Hosted by Tom Colicchio at Beachcraft at 1 Hotel South Beach
Miami Beach, FL – November 20, 2016 – Chef Tom Colicchio, five-time James Beard award winner, welcomed guests to Beachcraft at 1 Hotel South Beach for a Sunday brunch to celebrate the fall season and new brunch menu. Guests sipped on bottomless beverages and dined on favorites like made-to-order omelet’s, Huevos Rancheros and Shrimp and Grits, along with a selection of locally-sourced offerings including Cobia from Aqua Culture Farm, a raw bar complete with lobster, clams, oysters, stone crabs and key west shrimp, and dishes prepared with micro-greens and veggies from Swank Farms.
