Midtown Five Hosts Brokers Preview Celebration at Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill

Miami, FL – November 9, 2016 – Midtown Five, the 400-unit luxury apartment building in Miami’s bustling Midtown neighborhood that is nearing completion, hosted an exclusive fall fete for Miami’s real estate community at Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill. The event was the first official opportunity for brokers to gather and experience the sophisticated ambience and unique lifestyle to be afforded at the highly-anticipated Midtown Five, Magellan Development Group’s first project in the market. The evening commenced with guests joining at Midtown Five’s pre-leasing center at 3310 NE First Avenue, Suite 111, to learn about the project and experience residence features in the model kitchen and bathroom. The progressive event then transitioned to Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill’s lush outdoor terrace and bar where attendees were greeted with a specialty “Midtown Mojito” as they overlooked Midtown Five’s striking architecture and progressive design. Guests mingled under the twinkling lights and basked in beautiful weather, while sipping wine and spirits. A selection of Sugarcane’s globally-inspired, signature bites satisfied palates, with a menu of popular delicacies such as bacon-wrapped dates, goat cheese croquettes, crunchy tuna avocado and catch-of-the-day ceviche. The event also highlighted the convenience of Midtown Miami’s walkable, 55-acre community, where the city’s premier culture, fashion art and gastronomy converge.
