Champagne Taittinger Hosts An Intimate Caviar & Sushi Tasting at Zuma
Miami, FL – June 7, 2016 – Champagne Taittinger, one of the last family-owned and operated Grand Marque Champagne Houses in the world, held an exclusive caviar tasting, in partnership with Black River Caviar, followed by a full six-course dinner at Zuma Miami, prepared by Chef Albert Diaz. The event kicked off with the caviar tasting, hosted by Nicolas Delion (Champagne Taittinger) and Carissa Ashman (Black River Caviar), and began with a spectacular pairing of Champagne Taittinger’s Brut La Française with Siberian-origin caviar. The seminar was followed by a delectable meal featuring such pairings as Tuna and Salmon Tartar with Champagne Taittinger Prélude Grands Crus, and Sashimi and Sushi, served with Champagne Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2006. Guests ended the evening with a glass of Champagne Taittinger’s Nocturne “Sec” and a dessert platter, before taking off with a gift bag courtesy of Champagne Taittinger.
