Brickell City Centre Celebrates Another Week of ‘Trucks and Tunes on the Lawn’
Miami, FL – June 2, 2016 – Brickell City Centre, the landmark $1.05 billion, 5.4 million square foot mixed‐use development in downtown Miami from Swire Properties Inc, one of South Florida’s leading international developers, celebrated another week of their highly anticipated “Trucks and Tunes on the Lawn’ event. Due to the large success of the community and entertainment program, Brickell City Centre announced that they will be extending the program for an additional four weeks. Located at the REACH and RISE sales gallery lawn, 700 Brickell Avenue, the event featured four delicious standing food trucks including Mr. Bing Miami, Ms. Cheezious, Nacho Biznezz, and Morgan’s Truck along with this week’s guest food truck Kuenko, a new Michelin Star Chef offering Japanese/Spanish influence dishes. As the ultimate urban destination for people of all ages, the event was highly attended by residents of Brickell City Centre, as well as young professionals, families and their four-legged friends. Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed sounds of DJ DZA and a special live performance by Amanda Gonzalez from The YoungArts Foundation while engaging in fun activities including table tennis, bean bag tosses and jenga.
“Trucks and Tunes on the Lawn” will take place every Thursday from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. through July 7, 2016and will feature rotating special guests, games, food trucks, live performances, and DJs on a weekly basis. Additionally, attendees may enter each week for a chance to win a one night stay at the newly opened EAST Miami hotel plus an exclusive dinner for two at Quinto La Huella.
