Makoto Celebrates Private Label Sake Launch
Bal Harbour, FL – May 12, 2016 – After two years of development chef Makoto Okuwa celebrated the release of his private label sake with friends and colleagues at his namesake restaurant in the Bal Harbour Shops. Guests came together in the courtyard at Makoto to enjoy special treats Makoto created especially for the event and toast the accomplishment with Makoto Junmai Daiginjo. Brewed in Akita prefecture, Japan, the Makoto private label sake is beautifully balanced to accompany a range of dishes from sushi to robata favorites for which Makoto is well known and is available in the restaurant by the glass, carafe or bottle.
