World-recognized celebrity chefs Michael Mina and Scott Conant came together to guide guests through a progressive evening of food and drinks in some of Fontainebleau’s best restaurants. The uniquely VIP, behind-the-scenes night — never before offered to the public — included stops at Michael Mina 74, Scarpetta, StripSteak, and a special sweet sendoff from Chez Bon Bon.
