Miami, FL – May 13, 2016 – HOOCH, a members only cocktail app based in NYC, today, celebrated its launch in Miami at the new River Yacht Club. Rapidly growing since its debut in November 2015, HOOCH echoes the Prohibition Era speakeasies by creating a virtual cocktail society and helping you find the best bar to enjoy your favorite drink. Starting May 2, the app will be available in the Sunshine State, introducing Miami imbibers to a diverse series of venues across the city. “Miami is one of the most important markets for Hooch,” said HOOCH CEO Lin Dai, “as the gateway to Latin America, we are excited to introduce our private cocktail society to not only local Miamians, but also to millions of International visitors and fans. Socializing over a drink binds people and transcends culture. We love to help our members discover great bars, restaurants, amazing cocktails and cultural experiences in a diverse and exciting city such as Miami.”

How it works: Members pay $9.99/month (less than the price of one cocktail) or $99/per year and are given one round of cocktails on HOOCH at participating venues. Each venue offers HOOCH members a specially curated drinks menu where they can select one cocktail to enjoy with friends. HOOCH’s Miami expansion launches with top venues such as River Yacht Club, El Tucan, Baoli, Craft Social Club, as well as signature restaurants including Coya, Tamarina and Santorini, plus local favorites such as Barceloneta and Segafredo. The app will introduce Miami members to trendy locations and coveted nightlife destinations from South Beach to the booming and eclectic Brickell neighborhood where they will experience the finest cocktails around.
