During a provocative Q&A moderated by PR queen Tara Solomon, principal of TARA, Ink., Chris was asked to play the daring “who would you rather” game between his longtime friend and colleague Barbara Corcoran or Donald Trump, in which he blushingly chose his friend Corcoran. Among other personal topics – including never taking a vacation and his morning routine of boxing with a trainer, Chris divulged that despite his social personality his guilty pleasure is curling up at home and binge watching HGTV. Known for his expertise and accolades in the Miami market,  including the largest condominium sale in the history of Florida, Chris remarked on how impressed he was with the Fendi Château residence’s unique properties, including the 5-star hotel amenities in a residential setting. Fendi Chateau is the first ultra-luxury residences of its kind, and the first collaboration between renowned luxury house FENDI and refined private developer Château Group.
