The Supper Club’s Tasting Dinner at PREY
Miami Beach, FL – April 1, 2016 – The Supper Club’s Miami members were treated to a stunning dinner party at PREY, the newly opened pop-up sushi restaurant at The 1 Rooftop hosted by 1 Hotel South Beach. Award winning Chef Bun Lai prepared an environmentally-conscious tasting menu of sustainable seafood, plants and invasive species. Guests enjoyed beautiful views of Miami and music by a live DJ, while sipping on cocktails from elit by Stolichnaya, delicious vino from Château La Nerthe, and a special sake tasting from World Sake Imports late into the warm evening.
