Miami Beach, FL – March 9 – 10, 2016 – Following the much-anticipated opening of The Sarsaparilla Club, tastemakers and media attended a two night dining event to welcome Chefs Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth back to Miami and enjoy their new American Dim Sum concept. The Sarsaparilla Club, located inside the Shelborne Wyndham Grand, merges the realms of American comfort food and Cantonese Dim Sum. The restauarnt showcases soul nurturing, conscientiously sourced, farm-fresh ingredients in two formats — traditional Dim Sum carts and an a la carte menu.
