Monroe Launch at The M Building
Miami, FL – March 11, 2016 – Renowned architect Chad Oppenheim and legendary designer Anda Andrei along with Neal Sroka and the Sroka Worldwide Team of Douglas Elliman, as well as Jan Cooper and Brian Cheripka of development company, iStar hosted a presentation and lunch where Chad and Anda shared their bold new vision for the waterfront of Asbury Park. Hosted at The M Building in Wynwood, the event was the official launch of the residential project Monroe, a 34-unit condominium designed by Oppenheim. The exclusive sales and marketing for Monroe is being handled by Neal Sroka and Lisa Poggi of Douglas Elliman.
