Grey Goose Toasts to The Miami Open with Men’s Doubles Team Max Mirnyi & Treat Huey
Miami, FL – March 28, 2016 – As part of a longstanding USTA (United States Tennis Association) partnership, Grey Goose Vodka celebrated its second annual sponsorship of the Miami Open at Crandon Park in Key Biscayne, Florida earlier this week. Men’s doubles team Max Mirnyi and Treat Huey took a break from the courts and hit the Grey Goose Lounge for an impromptu mixology competition. Grey Goose spokes models passed the signature Grey Goose Cocktail of the Miami Open, “The Serve” to attending spectators and guests as excitement built in the lounge upon arrival of the tennis pros. The pair mixed and mingled with guests and posed for photos and selfies in the Grey Goose Photo Booth before the competition began. Attendees were greeted with welcoming remarks from Senior Brand Manager, Chris Lyn-Sue, who introduced the tennis pros as well as North American Ambassadors, Julien LaFond and Guillaume Jubien. Julien and Guillaume delivered a dynamic overview and mixology demonstration of the Grey Goose “The Serve,” and then it was time for the tennis pros to put their bartending skills to the test. After careful deliberation, Julien and Guillaume announced both pros as winners of the competition as the crowd cheered on. Following the competition Julien LaFond led a brief Q&A with the players where Treat Huey reminisced on his favorite Grey Goose Cocktail being The Honey Deuce, the signature serve of the US Open. Before leaving, the pair posed for additional photographs and signed autographs for attending fans.
