Miami Beach, FL – February 4, 2016 – French 27 celebrated their grand opening by giving guests a taste of the new restaurant while they partied the night away. With over 900 people in attendance, it was a night complete with Burlesque girls, an abundance of champagne and a huge 20ft Eiffel Tower on the roof. French 27 is a contemporary restaurant that strives to find the very best products on the market for cooking exceptional culinary creations. At French 27, key ingredients from the 27 regions of France are present in the menu, as well as a vast array of wines with an emphasis on the French regions, all of which will pair perfectly with the menu options.

World Red Eye caught up with owner David Krouham and chefs Andreas Trilk and Yann Rio, who gave us a closer look into what is making them the new talk of the town.
