YoungArts Week Celebration at New World Center
Miami Beach, FL – January 7, 2016 – Celebrating the National YoungArts Foundation’s 35th anniversary, more than 150 of the organization’s supporters gathered in celebration of National YoungArts Week and its 2016 winners at New World Center. The evening earmarked for classical music performance debuted with a private reception at the Frank Gehry-designed Patron’s Lounge. Notable guests included Sarah Arison, Martin Rozenblum, Marcia Martinez Laas, Liza Gallardo Walton and Miguel Capriles, to name a few; Lisa Leone, vice-president of artistic programs, and John Clark, vice-president of development, also gave remarks as an affirmation of the impact that YoungArts Week has on all its winners, both in the short-term during the program, and in the long-term as emerging artists become part of an alumni community that’s 20,000-strong.
