D’USSE Dinner Series with Amar’e Stoudemire at Prime Fish

Miami Beach, FL – December 17, 2015 – D’USSE Cognac hosted their D’USSE Dinner Series toasting Amar’e Stoudemire on his new season in Miami at Prime Fish. The 28-person dinner included a bevy of high profile athletes and tastemakers including Amar’e’s wife Alexis Stoudemire, Super Bowl champion Jonathan Vilma, HBO Ballers producer Joey Krutel, Julz Goddard a.k.a YesJulz, NBA executives and several local business owners including the hotel director for the upcoming Caroline Hotel, launching in Miami in October 2016. D’USSE and Amar’e’s special guests enjoyed a specially created five-course D’USSE-paired dining menu by Executive Chef Marcelo Palacios. Each course was enjoyed with a specially paired D’USSE cocktail – the Pan Roasted Halibut was paired with The Gentlemen (D’USSE VSOP Cognac, ST-Germain, brown sugar, Angostura bitters and champagne) and the Grilled Filet Mignon was paired with The D’USSE Old-Fashioned (D’USSE VSOP Cognac, simple syrup, Angostura bitters and orange bitters. To close out the meal guests indulged in the Pistachio Financiers with D’USSE caramelized apples while sipping on a flight of D’USSE XO Cognac. The D’USSE Dinner Series will be an ongoing dinner series pairing the finest cognac with a local restaurant, bringing the best in culinary and mixology.
