Smithfield Foods Celebrates 2015 Chef’s Table at Swine Southern Table & Bar
Miami, FL – November 9, 2015 – Smithfield Foods celebrated pork through a wide spectrum of applications at their second 2015 Chef’s Table at Swine Southern Table & Bar in Miami. Upscale and fine-dining Chefs from the Miami area attended the invitation-only event. Smithfield’s own Chef Frank Dominguez and Swine’s Chef Cristian Cuevas showcased pork’s versatility while delighting palettes through a number of different tasting stations. The event provided guests not only an engaging evening of food and drink, but also provided an educational component surrounding the many facets of Smithfield. Furthering Smithfield’s commitment to responsibility in communities, for every guest in attendance, Smithfield made a donation to Curley’s House of Style Inc.
