Miami Beach, FL – October 26, 2015 – Over 100 influential Miami Beach residents flocked to Soho Beach House’s OCHO for an exclusive Stone Crab season kick off, in support of the creation of A Better North Beach. The evening was hosted by Ocean Terrace’s Sandor Scher and Alex Blavatnik, along with special guests Pablo De Ritis, Laurent Fraticelli, David Naranjo and Tony Cho. The sunset rooftop featured a presentation projected against the wall of the neighboring building, showcasing the vision that will revitalize North Beach and the plans to decrease traffic, create parking and create jobs for local residents, all of which will help to bring back the life, vibrancy and beauty of Ocean Terrace and upper Collins Avenue. DJ Michelle Leshem set the mood while guests enjoyed Stone Crabs by George Stone Crab and libations by Chateau d’Esclans and Estrella Damm. Attendees departed all on board to Vote YES on #54 For A Better North Beach and spread the word to about this groundbreaking initiative for one of South Florida’s greatest gems – North Beach. Notables in attendance included Neisen Kasdin, Alan & Ruth Zelcer, Ricardo Dunin, Eloy Carmenate, Mick Duchon, Jason Rubell and Britta Hanson.
