Bal Harbour, FL – October 4, 2015 – Unscripted’s “Every Public Has a Form”  hosted by Bal Harbour Village, welcomed Maria del Carmen Carrion, Ecuadorian curator and art critic, and artist Paul Ramirez Jonas for this edition of Art Chat. Carrion co-founded Constructo /, an international collective platform devoted to research and debate of art and visual culture. Ramirez-Jonas’ Key to the City project bestowed keys to the city to everyday citizens that unlocked more than 20 sites across the city. Unscripted is an ongoing Bal Harbour Creative Project that hosts forums and discussions that are free and open to the public.
