End of Summer Tea Party at Byblos Miami
Miami Beach, FL – September 9, 2015 – Miami’s top bloggers came together to enjoy an “End Of The Summer” Tea Party at Byblos Miami. Guests shared delicious cocktail teas and feasted on passed mezze plates, including Byblos’ signature Pides, Duck Kibbeh, and Tuna and Steak Tartare created by Executive Chef Stuart Cameron. Hosted in the restaurant’s first floor dining lounge, Head Mixologist Clayton Cooper flew in from Byblos Toronto to personally serve up his one-of-a-kind cocktail teas including favorites like the Edgeware Road and Habibi Marguerite. The 200-seat Byblos Miami, which opened in July to rave reviews, brings diners the vibrant and exciting flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean. It has quickly become the go-to-place in Miami’s booming culinary scene. The mixer was a small preview of the soon to be open Byblos Lounge filled with laughs, music, teapots and cheers to the end of summer.
