Miami’s top brokers gathered at the exceptionally-designed Dezer Platinum Information Center for an intimate cocktail reception teeming with Italian indulgences representative of the unrivalled Armani lifestyle. The highlight of the celebration was the payment of commissions on the heels of the César Pelli-designed tower’s extraordinary sales success, with current sales representing over 60% of the 308-residence building. Capitalizing on the sales momentum, the development team will be holding its official groundbreaking this October. Residences by Armani/Casa will celebrate the opening of its new $8 million oceanfront sales gallery designed by Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio later this fall.
