Miami Beach, FL – June 9 – 11, 2015 – Influential buyers from the creative class, and the edgiest international travel brands flocked to the ‘East Garden’ for the East, Miami three day lunch program during the annual LE Miami trade show. As a partner of the show as well as an exhibitor, East, Miami once again transformed the Miami Beach Botanical Gardens into a sprawling Garden Cafe complete with multiple food and drink offerings, expansive tents, custom Spotify mixes, an interactive digital Scavenger Hunt and playful touches inherent to the East brand. Global guests mixed and mingled with Key Swire Hotel and East, Miami hoteliers and restauranteurs including Brian Williams, managing director of Swire Hotels, Clare Laverty, director of Marketing of Swire Hotels and Laurent Fraticelli, general manager of East, Miami. Attendees enjoyed a mid-day lunch break with the “Best of Miami” restaurants that locals are “craving” and “loving” these days including Coyo Taco, Lyon Frères Petit Marché, Bunbury, Sparky’s BBQ and Sakaya. Jugo Fresh even created an exclusive juice and Panther Coffee cooled everyone down with the brand’s signature cold brew. Lunches were accompanied by Kelvin Arnold Palmers, Estrella Damm beer and Perrier, then finished off with the sweetest treats from Dylan’s Candy Bar. After a morning filled with appointments and recovery from the parties the night before, there was nothing like a garden lunch to make everyone Feel Totally at East. East, Miami will open on top of Brickell City Centre this winter with 352 rooms including suites and a direct connection to dozens of restaurants and shops.
