Miami Beach, FL – May 10, 2015 – Mother’s Day at Bianca at Delano offered a spectacular brunch buffet and Live Music by French Horn in Delano’s iconic orchard. Live cooking stations offered delicious pasta, barbeque, omelets, sushi, and desserts. Cooked and cut in front of patrons, brunch included a Coca-Cola char-grilled skirt steak. The barbeque station featured grilled lobster, shrimp and vegetable skewers, flank steak, and grilled chicken, infused and marinated with soft herbs. The live pasta station featured handmade fettuccine alongside a beautiful display at the dessert station including mini chocolates, Tiramisu, Friandies, Macaroons, Strawberry Mousse, and mini Cream Brule. Patrons toasted to the holiday with endless Veuve Clicquot and Belvedere Bloody Marys.
