EAST, Miami Hosts Chivas Regal Pairing Dinner at Cantina La Veinte

Miami, FL – May 12, 2015 – Laurent Fraticelli, General Manager of the highly anticipated EAST, Miami, hosted the city’s most creative minds at an intimate pairing dinner with Chivas Regal at Cantina La Veinte.  Fraticelli was joined by Fernando Cerna and David Arraya from his team, as well as a handpicked group of individuals in the arts, whom all gathered to discuss the evolution of Brickell as a true cultural center, while tasting exclusive blends of Chivas Regal whisky paired with each course. As Swire Hotel’s first foray into the U.S., EAST, Miami offers 255 contemporary rooms, 8 modern suites and serviced apartments and will act as the anchor for shopping and mixed-use project, Brickell City Centre. The hotel is slated to open at the end of 2015.
