Sunny Isles, FL – April 23, 2015 – Shovels and hard hats mixed with stilettos and champagne as Dezer Development and The Related Group hosted a demolition party for Residences by Armani/Casa, making way for the globally-acclaimed brand’s first foray into the U.S. real estate market designed by world-renowned architect César Pelli. The demolition party signified that Residences by Armani/Casa has officially moved into the contract conversion phase on the heels of the 308-residence tower’s extraordinary sales success. Miami’s real estate elite gathered for a true demolition ceremony where developer Gil Dezer drove a bulldozer through the site’s remaining structure as exploding fireworks cascaded overhead. Following the ceremony, over 400 guests gathered at the exceptionally-designed Dezer Platinum Information Center for an ever-chic reception that celebrated the unrivalled Armani lifestyle that is being introduced to South Florida by the 60-story luxury, oceanfront tower.
