Miami Beach, FL – April 1, 2015 – The Longines Global Champions Tour kicked off the stellar beachside event with a VIP cocktail, hosted at the 1 Hotel South Beach. The hotel’s stylish rooftop pool and restaurant-bar presented guests with panoramic views of the ocean and Miami skyline. Krug Champagne poured welcome bubbly as the new hotel’s rooftop gathered the best riders in the world, and the most prominent figures in Miami – including Sarah Arison, Georgina Bloomberg, Jan Tops and Edwina Tops-Alexander, Jessica Springsteen, and many more. Party goers mingled under the stars and were provided with a telescope from the hotel for a close-up view of the evening’s glorious moon.
