Miami, FL – February 25, 2015 – Glamour magazine celebrated a new edition of their Premios de Belleza Latin America with hostess, the TV anchor and journalist, Candela Ferro. Taking place at Peacock Garden Café, the star-studded award ceremony brought out personalities such as: Diane Guerrero, Belkys Nerey, Boris Izaguirre, Eglantina Zingg, Ines Rivero, Gaby Espino, Karen Martinez, Chiquinquira Delgado, Tiago Correa and Jennifer Valoppi among many others. “What I like more about this event is that the readers get to pick the winners. This year we wanted latin america to feel part of a ceremony that is made especially for them. Miami was the ideal place to make this happen, its the city that represents all the Glamourettes of the region” said Lucy Lara, Glamour’s Editor in Chief for Mexico and Latin America. Each year Glamour invites it’s readers to choose their favorite products and this year was no exception. The buyers from the region voted on the magazines Social Media outlets and thus elected their best allies in 2014. “The return of this award ceremony is a sign of the positioning of Glamour in the region. Miami is the bridge between the beauty industry and the different countries in Latin America” pointed out Eva Hughes, CEO and General Director for Conde Nast Mexico and Latin America. “The expansion of the brand is growing and transforming across all its platforms: the printed magazine, digital, web, social media and apps, adding a total monthly audience of 4.8 million people,” added Hughes.
