Miami, FL – March 19, 2015 – Miami’s real estate elite gathered to celebrate the official grand opening of the brand new Arquitectonica-designed sales center for Aria on the Bay, Downtown Miami’s newest luxury condominium tower under development in the City’s Arts & Entertainment District. Hosted by developer the Melo Group and Cervera Real Estate, the exclusive sales and marketing team for Aria on the Bay, attendees mingled, danced and enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while Flamenco dancers performed to a live band. Now open to the public at 250 NE 25th Street, visitors to the sales center will be able to get a taste of Aria on the Bay’s innovative nature-inspired design elements, as well as full-scale kitchen, bathroom and living room models. The ultra-luxury, 53-story tower will be completely designed by Arquitectonica – from the architecture, to the interiors, to the landscape design – and will feature a prime bayfront location overlooking Margaret Pace Park with direct views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami Beach skyline. Construction of Aria on the Bay is estimated to begin in the second quarter of 2015, with completion slated for 2017.
