SooWoo, which in Korean translates to the pleasure of receiving and sharing, was built on this Korean-seasoned wisdom, innovation and a dollop of South Beach indulgence. Owned by seasoned chef Bok H. An, the cuisine at SooWoo features fun and interactive Teppanyaki, select Japanese sushi, raw bar items of Kusshi, Kumomoto, Island Creek, Kiwi Cup , Blue Point Oysters; Cherry Stone, Littleneck, Razor Clams; Live Uni and Scallops.
