Miami Beach, FL – February 21, 2015 – Saturday night was about celebrating all things grilled, braised and barbecued as  South Beach Wine & Food Festival collaborated with James Beard Award-winning Esquire writer, and Miami native, Josh Ozersky to bring Meatopia: The Q Revolution presented by Creekstone Farms. Meatopia already has a reputation as the world’s most famous meat festival, where some of the greatest chefs cook every part of the animal over open fires. Aside from trying an array of mouth-watering meats, guests sip on an incredible array of bourbons like Knob Creek, Basil Hayden, Jim Beam and Makers Mark. Attendees also enjoyed a special musical performance from Blues Traveler who had the crowd letting loose to all their biggest hits.
