Miami Beach, FL – February 21, 2015 – In celebration of South Beach Wine & Food Festival and in anticipation of Katie Lee’s new cookbook, Endless Summer, The Kitchen star hosted a surf camp and beach BBQ at The Miami Beach EDITION. Surf camp took place on the sand followed by the lunch in EDITION’s sandpit where Katie was joined by her Food Network family to celebrate. Guests sipped Vita Coco to be refreshed after the surf boot camp and enjoyed Peroni paired with a perfectly beachy lunch.
