City of the Future Workshop at Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science
Miami, FL – February 20, 2015 – The Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science continued Innovation & Engineering Weekend with the City of the Future workshop facilitated by Gehl Studio, a global urban design firm commissioned to collect input on how the new Museum can best support innovation and technological advances in the South Florida community. The City of the Future Workshop had a diverse audience of stakeholders from around the country that sparked discussions on the role the new Museum will play in Miami’s future and how the it can best focus its excellence in interactive science, technology and STEM education to help build the Miami of the future as a center for invention and discovery.
