The Fashion Guitar & Haute InHabit Host 2015 Trends Forecasting at MVM Miami

Miami, FL – January 15, 2015 – MVM Miami joined forces with Ford fashion stylist and Style Saves’ Rachael Russell, to host a fabulous night of spring/summer trend forecasting. Joining the uber stylist were famed New York style bloggers Lainy Hedaya of Haute Inhabit and Charlotte Groeneveld of The Fashion Guitar, who combined their style savvy power and over 184,000 Instagram followers to help orchestrate the event. Both fashionistas were seen looking the epitome of relaxed as they enjoyed a week of sun and relaxation courtesy of Oasis Collections, a full service hospitality company offering hand-picked apartments, posh homes and villas with hotel-like service. Selecting pieces from MVM’s roaster of fashion forward designers, the duo forecasted must-have trends for the Spring/Summer. Predictions included military inspired jackets, raw edges, knits – especially in pastel colors – as well as flared, 70’s inspired denim. Charity was also on trend as Style Saves – a non-profit that raises funds through fashion focused events for underprivileged students – received 20 percent of all proceeds made during the night. Delivering style and glam for the night was co-founder of Gilt Groupe, Alexandra Wilkis Wilson’s latest venture: Glamsquad, an on-demand beauty app that delivers professional hair and makeup services right to your door. Guests were treated to a complimentary braid bar where hair stylists demoed 2015 braid trends as well as make up touch-ups. Specialty Songbird cocktails by Mandarine Napoléon and Lucky Buddha pale ale beer were on hand to provide libations and a little extra happiness for the night.
