Miami Beach, FL – January 30, 2015 – The most highly anticipated event of the Miami Beach culinary scene began last night with the launch of La Nuit En Rosé. An exclusive list of 60 guests arrived on Friday to dine under a night sky filled with radiant stars on La Vista Terrace at The Miami Beach EDITION. This was not your average en blanc dinner, but an expansion of an affluent palette where a luscious rosé was paired with each delectable course. The dinner was presented by the genius industry movers at Wine Enthusiast Magazine who initiated the meal by encouraging guests to raise their glasses and toast to the kickoff of the very first rosé wine and rosé champagne festival in Miami. As the night continued, guests were impressed with menu selections such as a Marinated Grilled NY Strip with Chimichurri, paired with a full body Chateau d’Esclans “Garrus” Rosé 2012. The evenings festivities were sponsored by InList.
