Miami, FL – December 10, 2014 – Last Wednesday, Newgard Realty hosted a sneak peek of BrickellHouse, a 46-story, luxury residential tower created by Newgard Development Group in the heart of Downtown Miami’s Brickell Financial District. Founded by Harvey Hernandez of Newgard Development and co-founded by Barbara Estela, Newgard Realty is a full-service real estate firm that specializes in luxury residential and commercial developments in South Florida. While celebrating their event at BrickellHouse, the firm’s newest project The Gale Boutique Hotel & Residences in Fort Lauderdale, was also unveiled. On display was a eye-catching Lamborghini Gallardo hand-painted by Miami-based artist, Alex Mijares, along with authentic sounds and a live performance courtesy of Regent Son Cubano, in addition to a modern Mariachi band, along with light bites and bubbly drinks sponsored by Steven G. Noteworthy guests in attendance included Harvey Hernandez, Barbara Estela, Juan Pedro San Martin, Steven G, and Alex Mijares.
