Miami, FL – November 12, 2014 – Swire Properties, one of South Florida’s leading international developers of urban real estate, celebrated the launch of sales for Brickell City Centre’s second condominium tower, Rise, with a cocktail reception, live outdoor concert and an exclusive fashion installation by Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbour on Wednesday evening. The event was a celebration of urban living at Brickell City Centre’s sales gallery, with close to 600 of Miami’s top professionals, fashion influencers and local dignitaries receiving a first-hand look at the project’s larger-than-life scale model and elegant condominium showrooms. Swire Properties’ Senior Vice President of Sales, Maile Aguila welcomed guests and toasted to Miami’s first true cosmopolitan mecca as well as the success of Brickell City Centre’s first condominium tower, Reach. Following the speech, featured artist and master of beats Pablito Drum transformed Brickell Avenue into a city block party with a special Miami-flavored Latin percussion and dance performance. Throughout the event, guests took in an exclusive fashion installation by Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbour, which featured mannequins fashioning exquisite designer wear positioned throughout the sophisticated condominium model rooms. Saks Fifth Avenue was recently announced as the department store anchor for Brickell City Centre. The two condominium towers are part of a the 5.4 million square foot Brickell City Centre, which will include a shopping center, a luxury dine-in cinema, an EAST, Miami hotel, two Class A office buildings above two floors of underground parking.
