VIP Yoga Experience at Seed Food and Wine Festival

Miami, FL – October 18, 2014 – What better way to celebrate Seed Food and Wine Festival than with a refreshing and inspired morning of yoga and live music presented by The Sacred Space Miami. Miami’s yogi’s indulged in an early morning class on Saturday led by the incredible, soulful yoginis Dawn B and Jodi Carey. Omtronica set the vibe with all the perfect tunes, getting everyone relaxed and energized for the day. VIP guests were in for a real treat as they not only gained early access to the festival tents, but were also able to take home yoga mats gifted by The Sacred Space Miami. Following the yoga session everyone hung around and enjoyed the festival which included an array of food, wine and craft beer sampling, a relaxation lounge, chef demonstrations, seminars on health, gardening, juicing and wine tasting.
